Kabe (Japanese for "wall") blocks the apps you choose, by schedule or by daily time limit. It adds the one thing iOS Screen Time is missing: friction when you try to give up.

WHY NOT JUST SCREEN TIME?

The built-in "Ignore Limit" button takes one tap. Kabe's block screen has no such button.

On top of that, any change that loosens a rule — removing an app, shortening a block window, raising a daily limit, deleting a group — requires a waiting period. The rule stays active while you wait. Impulsive unblocking is prevented by design, not willpower.

HOW IT WORKS

Kabe uses Apple's Screen Time API (Family Controls) and asks for Screen Time permission at first launch. The permission is used only to block apps on your own device.
