Intimate Metrics turns what your Apple Watch already senses — heart rate and movement — into a private score for your intimate moments, entirely on your device.

Start a session on your Apple Watch. When it ends, an on-device model scores it across five dimensions — Intensity, Rhythm, Desire, Recovery, and Duration — and shows a summary on your wrist. Open the iPhone app for your dashboard, history, and trends.
