BoardSYNQ is a secure board management platform designed for trustees, directors, and executives. It brings every aspect of board governance into a single, intuitive mobile app — so your board stays informed, aligned, and productive wherever they are.

MEETINGS & AGENDAS Access your full meeting schedule at a glance. Open any meeting to browse the agenda, download briefing packs and supporting documents, and review prior minutes — all offline. Briefing packs are cached locally so members can prepare even without an internet connection.

MEETING PACK A dedicated space for all board materials. Browse, open, and download documents linked to each meeting. Each agenda item carries its own document pack, making it easy to navigate large volumes of board papers quickly.

SURVEYS & EVALUATIONS Participate in board surveys and trustee evaluations directly from the app. Evaluations are saved offline as you work through them and submitted when connectivity is available, so no progress is ever lost mid-session.

ANNOUNCEMENTS Stay up to date with organisation-wide announcements posted by administrators. Unread items are clearly flagged so nothing important is missed.

SECURE AUTHENTICATION BoardSYNQ uses a layered sign-in system: username and password, followed by a one-time passcode (OTP) delivered to your registered phone and email. Face ID and Touch ID are supported for fast, secure re-authentication after the initial sign-in.
