Augur Fate

Augur Fate is a daily ritual app built around the ancient symbolism of mahjong tiles. Each morning, the Dragon speaks through three tiles drawn from a set of 34. Your past, your present, and what approaches are each revealed in turn. What you do with the reading is your pact to keep.

HOW IT WORKS

Every day you receive a three-tile spread drawn from all 34 unique mahjong tiles, each carrying centuries of meaning across the Chinese tradition. Tap each tile to reveal it. Read what the Dragon offers. Then decide: honor the pact, or let it pass.

THE DRAGON PACT

At the end of each day, you answer one question. Did you carry the wisdom of the reading into your day? Over time, your Dragon evolves through four stages based on your streak of honored pacts. Dormant. Awakened. Ascendant. Eternal. The Dragon remembers everything.

YOUR COLLECTION

All 34 tiles are yours to discover. Each tile you receive in a daily reading is added to your personal Codex. Common tiles, uncommon tiles, and three rare Dragon tiles wait to be drawn. The Red Dragon, the Green Dragon, and the White Dragon each carry a reading unlike any other.

CHRONICLE

Every reading you have ever received is stored in your Chronicle. Browse your history, revisit the pacts you kept and the ones you let pass, and trace the patterns the tiles have laid across your days.

CODEX

Explore all 34 tiles and their meanings in the Codex. Each tile belongs to one of five families: Characters, Circles, Bamboo, Winds, and Dragons. Tiles you have drawn are fully unlocked, revealing their oracle meaning and the challenge they carry.

SHARED FATE

Every person who opens Augur Fate on the same day receives the same three tiles. The draw is determined by the date, not by chance. Somewhere in the world, thousands of others are sitting with the same reading you hold right now.

Augur Fate is a personal practice. It is not a game of skill or chance, and it involves no competition, no purchases beyond the app itself, and no connection to gambling of any kind. It is simply a daily moment with an old system of symbols, asking you to pay attention.
