Over a twelve-week cycle, learners practise on the job, capture evidence of real work, and get feedback from two directions at once — AI that responds in minutes, and a human coach who knows their context.

HOW A CYCLE WORKS

Each cycle moves through five strands: Orientation to set the ground, Evidence captured in the flow of work, Feedback on every submission, Coaching conversations that turn feedback into practice, and Community, where a cohort learns from each other's attempts.

Learn Structured modules and lessons — video, interactive content, questionnaires, and playbooks — released in step with your cycle.

Submit Evidence Capture a photo, record a video or an audio reflection, and submit it against the behaviour you're building. Uploads queue offline and sync when you're back on a connection.

Feedback & Coaching Every submission gets a response. AI feedback arrives fast; your coach adds the human layer — and you can message them directly in the app.

Community Cohort discussions, coach broadcasts, and shared threads keep the group moving together.

Badges & Progress Milestones mark the path through each cycle — visible progress across orientation, evidence, feedback, coaching, and community.

Built offline-first: your work is stored on the device and syncs when it can, so a poor connection never costs you a submission.
