WHO IT'S FOR Owners, house managers, staff, and residents at recovery residences and sober living homes. Owners and staff run the whole operation. Managers see the one house they run. Residents get a simple app for check-in, chores, meetings, and rent.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Phases and accountability: set your own phase ladder with curfews, minimum stays, and weekly meeting counts. Residents request to advance from their phone and staff approve. Issue a strike for a missed curfew or skipped chore, and it expires on its own.

Sign-in and meetings: residents sign in and out from their phone with a location check against the house. AA and NA meetings log the same way, so attendance is verified instead of assumed.

Drug screening: record a screen with the panel you use, mark the temperature, and attach a photo. A positive opens a relapse-protocol checklist and alerts staff. Pull a random sample with one tap and keep the audit log.

Compliance: incident reporting built to Pennsylvania DDAP 28 Pa Code 717.31, with the filing countdown, root cause, and plan of correction. Staff credential tracking for CPR, Narcan, and background checks. Every signature and document is logged with a timestamp.

Forms: photograph a paper form or upload a PDF and ARKHE reads it into a working digital form, field by field. Assign it to a house or a resident and track who has finished.

Operations: automated weekly rent with per-resident and per-payer rates, card payments through your own Stripe account, a lead-to-intake pipeline, maintenance requests, and house messaging.

Insight: occupancy, length of stay, employment, and total days of sobriety supported across every house, plus the monthly county and SCA reports funders ask for.

Residents without a smartphone still work. Staff can check them in and record their screens.
