Köy Muhtarı is a Turkish-language 3D city builder and election strategy sim (all in-game text and dialogue are in Turkish only). Start as a village headman in rural Anatolia, place buildings, win over the locals, beat your rival at the ballot box and climb all the way to the top.

You are the newly elected muhtar of Kırkharman village. There is an official seal on your desk, the budget is thin, and your rival, Grocer Şevket, is already handing out free tea at the coffeehouse.

A REAL 3D WORLD The five hand-painted maps are not flat pictures. They are real 3D terrain with hills and valleys, 3D trees on top, and a landscape of hills and forest that carries on past the map edge all the way to the horizon. • True scale: people, buildings and the map are all in proportion, and every building sits on its own plot. • Huge zoom range: pull back until the whole map fits on one screen, or zoom right in on a single building. • Clean maps with plenty of free land to build on. Day turns to night, rain rolls in, seasons change, and villagers, minibuses and herds fill the roads.

FREE BUILDING Pick a structure, drag it across the map and drop it where the outline turns green. Not on roads, not on water; the rest is your call. Close to 150 painted-style 3D models: mosque, coffeehouse, bakery, hospital, apartment blocks and a gold-domed grand complex. Buildings earn income and level up, with a light tycoon feel throughout.

LANDMARKS FOR YOUR CITY In the later tiers you add big, highly detailed, painted-style landmarks to your city: stadium, university, airport, port, bridge, dam, railway station, technopark, space centre, nuclear plant and more.

IMECE, OPPORTUNITY CHIPS AND THE TALLY • Imece (village teamwork): tap a construction site in rhythm and the crew speeds up, cutting the wait by up to 35 percent. It is open to everyone and needs no purchase. • Opportunity chips: serve the queue outside a busy building for a bonus, or tear off the sabotage seal your rival slapped on one of yours. • The Tally: one short goal on screen at all times, plus three weekly chests in wood, silver and gold.

WHO HOLDS THE SEAL? Villagers' requests pile up on the Village Agenda and you settle them one decision card at a time. Balance the local factions and the budget, keep your promises, finish your projects. Hand out tea and simit, go door to door, hold a rally in the square. Every shady deal goes on file, and one day the inspector arrives. On election day the seal goes to you or to your rival.

THE CAREER LADDER Village Headman, Mayor, Member of Parliament, Minister and the Summit. Five tiers, five maps: a dirt-road village, a cobbled town square, a riverside city, a ministry plaza with pools and a marble summit. Every tier brings new buildings and a new rival. Win at the ballot box and you are promoted; lose and the locals sulk, your rival gains ground and you prepare for the next vote. A fully fictional, light-hearted political sim; no real people or parties.

MORE TO DO Bake bread and deliver it to the coffeehouse, set up a minibus line, connect water from the dam, export from the port, throw a village festival and get through droughts, fires and floods. Every Monday the Weekly Ballot Box Cup gives all players the same village; it is kept separately and never touches your main save. Game Center leaderboards and achievements are optional. The classic 2D village game is one tap away in the main menu. 22 sound effects and a simple Anatolian baglama tune.

The career mode can be played offline; only the cup leaderboard and purchases need a connection. No ads. Free to download and play; optional in-app purchases add funds, new looks for your village and extra scenarios, and none of them is required. Game language: Turkish.
