OnPar: Club Golf Tournaments

Run your club's tournaments end to end: live scoring on every phone, real-time net and gross leaderboards, skins, and pool bookkeeping that finally adds up.

OnPar is the tournament software for private golf clubs. It runs your member-guest, club championship, or weekly game from the roster import all the way through the final leaderboard — and it replaces the clipboard, the spreadsheet, and the pencil-and-napkin math at the bar afterward. And with the unique pricing structure, costs clubs nothing to sign up.

Access is by club invitation only. Your club's administrator imports the roster and issues each member a one-time code; there is no public sign-up, and every member sees only their own club's events.

LIVE SCORING Players are organized into playing groups, and anyone in the group enters hole-by-hole scores from their phone. Handicap strokes are allocated automatically from each player's index and tee box. When the group finishes, they review and lock the card.

LEADERBOARDS IN REAL TIME Net and gross, stroke play or Stableford, flighted or open — leaderboards update across every member's phone as groups post. Team events support configurable counting balls.

EVERY FORMAT YOUR CLUB PLAYS Stroke play, modified Stableford, match play, team best-ball, flighted member-guests, multi-round events with per-round handicap allowances, and 9- or 18-hole rounds including shotgun starts.

SKINS Skins are computed straight from the scores already entered — gross, full-stroke net, or half-stroke net — with ties carried and the round-by-round result shown to every player.

ROSTER AND GUESTS Import your membership by CSV with handicap index, tee box, flight, and group assignments. Add day-guests for a single event; they're retired automatically afterward and come back intact if they return next year.

POOL BOOKKEEPING Clubs that run friendly member pools can track them here. OnPar records what each member put in, calculates the parimutuel-style split, and shows who owes what to whom when the event ends.

A NOTE ON HOW POOLS WORK OnPar is record-keeping software, not a gaming service. The app never accepts, holds, transfers, or pays out money. There are no in-app purchases, no account balances, no virtual chips or credits, and nothing to fund. Members settle privately among themselves, exactly as they always have, and an administrator simply marks the ledger settled so nothing gets forgotten. Clubs are responsible for their own local rules.
