Send an outline to another Case Linker user — AirDrop, mail, anything that moves a file — and it arrives in their app with its structure, authorship and comments intact.

The document knows who wrote its first version. That text is the original and is never marked, so a draft reads clean under its author's hand, and still reads clean when a colleague opens it. The moment somebody else edits it, their paragraphs carry their initials, and every change after is marked for everyone to see. Comments sit beside the document, not on top of it.

When it comes back from three offices, combine every copy in one pass against the same ancestor, and you are asked only about a paragraph two of them changed differently. Group six reviewers into three offices and the redline reads by office, one colour each. Then export the Change Report — every change with its page, section, office and person — as a spreadsheet.

You can also send your subject issues, or your work product — highlights, notes, and the links tying a brief to its exhibits — in files that hold no documents, only where your marks sit inside them. Every feature is free for 14 days, no payment method. After that, Case Linker Pro is $50 per month or $500 per year, and one subscription covers both the Mac and iPad apps. You can export your files at any time, subscribed or not.
