Parent Schedule

Stop hunting apps for kids’ plans. Parent Schedule: today at a glance, class-driven to-dos, widget check-off, Live Activity countdowns. On-device only—no social noise.

A schedule, class list, and to-do tool built for parents—especially families with more than one child. Works great with one child too.

Bring your own plans and each child’s plans into one app: Today overview, list-style class schedules, events, to-dos, member profiles, Home Screen widgets, and Live Activities—managed in one place, with clear ownership.

CORE FEATURES

· Today Overview Open the app and see today. Classes, to-dos, and timed plans appear together, color-coded by family member.

· List-Style Class Schedule A weekday list of “what’s on today,” easier to maintain than a traditional grid. Link fixed prep items so class days remind you what to bring.

· Events Track pickups, extracurriculars, school activities, and more—with repeat, reminders, and notes.

· To-Dos Manage class-linked and manual to-dos in one list; check them off anytime.

· Member Profiles Manage the parent and multiple children separately. Nicknames and theme colors follow through every screen so ownership stays clear.

· Home Screen Widgets Glance at today’s essentials on the Home Screen and complete to-dos without opening the app.

· Live Activities For timed events and timed classes, enable Live Activities to show in-progress or upcoming status with countdowns on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Tap to return to Today details.

HIGHLIGHTS

· One color per person — every event and to-do belongs to a specific member · Class-driven to-dos — prep items appear automatically on class days · Visible on Lock Screen — Live Activities put ongoing plans on Dynamic Island and Lock Screen (enable in system Settings) · On-device, no social — no community, no child accounts; data stays on your iPhone · Built for parents — children are profiles, not independent users; simple and ready to use
