Photograph a receipt. Quenta reads it - merchant, total, date, VAT and category - and posts it to Xero as a spend money transaction with the image attached. No forms, no folders, no shoebox of paper.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Tap + and photograph the receipt, or upload a photo or PDF.
2. Quenta reads every line with AI and codes it to the right Xero account.
3. It posts to Xero with the receipt attached. Done.

IT LEARNS YOU

• The first receipt in each category asks once which Xero account it belongs to. Every receipt after that posts straight through.
• Remember this choice: teach Quenta your merchants once. Your coffee shop is always Food & Drink, the petrol station is always Fuel.
• Your categories, your rules: add your own, remove the ones you never use. Quenta codes new receipts with the list you keep.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

• Works offline. Receipts are saved safely on your phone and upload themselves when you are back online.
• Foreign receipts handled properly. Pay in Euros, post in pounds: Quenta asks for the amount actually charged and keeps the original amount on record.
• Review only when it matters. Anything uncertain is pinned to the top of the list in plain words, one tap from fixed. Everything else is green and ignorable.
• PDFs too. Emailed invoices post the same way as paper receipts.
• Change your mind after posting. Recode, move between accounts or companies, or delete - all from your phone, with the attachment intact.

• Everyone captures, admins allocate. Team members snap receipts; admins see them land in one place, assign the bank account and set defaults per person.
