Folidx helps card, coin, and stamp collectors keep a searchable collection inventory and turn collectible photos into personal stockbooks and scrapbook pages.

START WITH A PHOTO Photograph an item or choose an image from your library. Folidx organizes an editable title, short introduction, detailed background, era, series, and other useful fields. Longer descriptions can explain the person, species, building, event, or cultural meaning shown on a collectible—not just repeat what is visible.

REFERENCE PRICES WITH CONTEXT Keep private reference prices together with their source and currency. Choose a display currency in your profile to compare evidence more consistently. Reference prices are informational and are not authentication, professional grading, appraisal, guaranteed value, or investment advice.

A CLEAN, STICKER-STYLE COLLECTION Background-removed images keep the focus on the object. Pending, needs-review, and completed items all remain visible, so your catalog does not hide work that is still processing.

BUILD STOCKBOOKS AND SCRAPBOOK PAGES Create a stockbook, choose its cover, paper color, texture, material, and size, then arrange collectibles on a freeform page canvas. Add photos, text, sticky notes, and decorative stickers. Move, resize, rotate, layer, and autosave each element to create pages that feel personal rather than like a spreadsheet.

YOU DECIDE WHAT COUNTS AS ONE ITEM If a photo contains several objects, you can choose to split it into multiple collectibles and confirm up to nine candidates. If a coin group, stamp sheet, or card set belongs together in your collection, keep it as one item instead.

TRACK THE STORY OVER TIME Record acquisitions, moves, reviews, cleaning, loans, sales, and notes in a chronological timeline. Before buying, run a similar-item check to spot possible duplicates already in your collection.
