THE RULES ARE THE PRODUCT • Max three loops a day. You don't choose them. You close them. • Close three and the day is cleared — even when the list isn't empty. One more is invited, never demanded. Enough, on purpose. • Every loop shows its real cost (~5 min) and its first physical move: "Put your hand here." • Swipe to close, swipe to let go — the same gesture everywhere. Or open a card for Done, Later, Start, and Assist.

SPEAK IT, DON'T TYPE IT Tap the mic — it sits under your thumb — and talk. ZENUG. transcribes on the device and, when you're done, you choose: turn it into loops, or keep it as a journal entry. The audio never leaves your phone. Speak English or German — Automatic mode hears both.

NOTHING'S EVER LOST Your loops and your journal follow you. Everything syncs privately through your own iCloud — a new phone, and it's all still there. ZENUG has no server in that path and never sees a word. Ask your journal in plain words — "what did I say about the plumber?" — and it finds the moment.

CLOSE IS A FEELING Every loop is an open ring that closes when you do. No points. No streaks — a broken streak on an anxious day helps nobody. Just one quiet line on a cleared board: "142 loops closed since July." Evidence, not a score.

ON YOUR WRIST, AND IN YOUR DAY Capture and close from the Apple Watch app — a thought caught at the bus stop is a loop by the time you're home. And tap the date to see your day: your real Apple Calendar, right behind the board, so you know what's already in the way.

MADE TO LOOK AT, MADE TO READ Six themes. Type set with care — with reading fonts, adjustable text size, and a dyslexia-friendly option. Nothing that blinks. One quiet nudge a day. Nothing else.

ZENUG+ — OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION Turn the AI on and your loops arrive ready-made: each one ranked with the reason it matters now ("money owed, late fees start tomorrow"), sized in minutes, first move already written. Nothing to configure, no keys to paste — it runs on ZENUG's own backend.

The app is fully functional without it. Manual entry, voice capture, the daily board, the journal, and sync work with no account and no purchase.
