FOLDERS INSIDE EACH PROJECT Break every project into named folders — like Build, Enhancement, and Bug, or Planning, In Progress, and Review. Give each folder its own icon. Expand and collapse sections to focus on what matters.

ITEMS WITH FULL DETAIL Each task tracks: • Status — Todo, In Progress, Done, Blocked, Cancelled • Priority — Low, Medium, High, Critical • Due date — with overdue and due-this-week alerts • Notes — free-form text for extra context

Tap to edit. Long-press for quick actions: Edit, Duplicate, Move to Folder, Set Status, Set Priority, or Delete. Swipe left with a confirmation step before anything is removed.
