NoirLock is a private, local-first vault for people who cannot afford a leak. Passwords, recovery phrases, API tokens, access codes, secure notes, passkeys, and two-factor codes live encrypted on your own Apple devices — never on our servers, because there are none. No NoirLock account. No cloud login. No company standing between you and your secrets.

BUILT FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT COMPROMISE

Every entry is sealed with AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption — the standard trusted by governments, financial institutions, and security professionals worldwide. Your master password never unlocks anything on its own: it is hardened with Argon2id, a memory-hard algorithm purpose-built to resist brute-force attacks, and combined with an independent 256-bit Secret Key that only you hold. Biometric unlock is bound to your device's Secure Enclave, so the key that opens your vault physically never leaves the chip.

This is a zero-knowledge design. Without your master password and Secret Key, no one can read your vault — not a stranger inspecting your iCloud, not a thief with your device in hand, not even us. We cannot recover your data, because we were never able to see it.

Your vault follows you across iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own private iCloud. Only encrypted records ever sync — the same protection on the wire as at rest. Everything works offline, and nothing depends on a third party staying online, staying honest, or staying in business.
