Welcome to ALTER: a sacred space to build your strength, ignite your spirit, and find community. Created by Nicole Meline, a founding Peloton master instructor and retreat leader, ALTER celebrates all body shapes, sizes, ages, genders, and abilities.

ALTER workouts are music-driven, spiritually awakening activations spanning strength training, yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, meditation and breathwork — many modalities, one invitation: fall in love with a workout that brings you home to your heart.

Each day offers a guided audio meditation, a grounding mantra, cathartic movement practices, and a vibrant community forum to support your growth.

New live and on-demand practices are added each month, ranging from quick resets to immersive journeys to month-long challenges. A range of class formats are designed to meet you exactly where you are today, and elevate your presence and energy. Each class explores a unique theme, supported by a transportive playlist:
