Blaze ERP

Blaze ERP is the mobile companion for the Blaze ERP operations platform used by multi-location small businesses. Take the tools your team already uses at work and put them in every employee's pocket — no desktop required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Time Clock — A simple, big-button time clock that records to the same Blaze ERP database your manager uses for payroll and timesheet review. Today's total is right on the screen; the live counter ticks up while you're on the clock.

• My Schedule — See the next four weeks of your assigned shifts, grouped by day, with TODAY clearly highlighted. Never miss a shift or scramble to remember your next one.

• Work Orders — Submit a maintenance request the moment you spot a problem: broken equipment, safety hazards, supply issues, anything. Track status from open → in progress → completed. Managers with maintenance access can update status and reassign right from the field.

• Dashboard — Glanceable cards for every module you have permission to use. No fake data or "coming soon" placeholders — every card links to a real workflow.

• Account controls — Sign out from any device, or fully delete your account, right from the Profile tab.

WHO IT'S FOR

Blaze ERP requires an active employee account issued by your employer. It's not a self-serve consumer app — to get an account, ask your admin or HR contact to provision you in the web app at blazeerp.app.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

• Every user is prompted to choose their own password on first sign-in. • Admin-level features (permissions, financials, hiring, blacklist, PII reveal) are role-gated on both the client and the database. Even if a device is compromised, the server enforces access. • We do not track you across other apps or websites. Data we collect (email, name, work-related activity) is linked only to your Blaze ERP account and used exclusively to operate the service. • Multi-factor authentication is required for sensitive flows. • Full account deletion available in-app under Profile — no email or phone call required.
