HONEST BY DESIGN TideDeck predicts the astronomical tide using harmonic synthesis, the same method behind official tide tables. It does not model weather: wind and pressure push real water above or below any prediction, so every height carries a confidence band. Measured US stations are typically within a few centimetres; modelled tides elsewhere are clearly badged and coarser near complex coasts and harbours.
