EXPLORE THE GLOBE THROUGH TIME

Drag to rotate, pinch to zoom, focus on a city, or tap visible markers to inspect available conditions. The timeline keeps your globe position, selected surface, and active layers together as you move through forecast hours.

FOLLOW WEATHER FROM HOME TO ANYWHERE

Search for cities around the world and save the places you follow. My Places keeps recent conditions, icons, temperatures, and today's high and low available from cache when you are offline. Selecting a city turns the globe toward it and presents its weather in context.

Location access is optional. If you decline, city search, saved places, forecasts, and the global 3D experience remain available.

CHOOSE HOW THE PLANET LOOKS AND MOVES

Switch between the clear Standard globe and a natural Terrain surface without losing your place, selected time, or active layers. Adjust motion, detail, lighting, atmosphere, and other visual effects to suit your device.

UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU SEE

Expandable legends and Layer Information sheets explain each layer, its timeline behavior, colors, motion, controls, and display scales. Illustrated learning pages explain how major weather, ocean, atmospheric, and space-weather systems form. Data Health summarizes availability, coverage, freshness, and cached or offline context for active layers.

Visual motion, height, spacing, translucency, color, and animation help explain large-scale patterns but do not add precision to the source data.

PRIVACY CHOICES

Global Weather 3D does not require an account. Optional usage analytics remains off unless you explicitly agree. Anonymous aggregate usage helps improve the app. Declining does not limit weather features, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fresh data requires an internet connection and may sometimes be delayed, limited, or unavailable. Forecasts, observations, and modeled fields can differ from local conditions.

Global Weather 3D is an exploratory visualization product. Do not use it for emergency decisions, marine navigation, aviation, or other safety-critical activities. When safety matters, follow official authorities, warnings, and specialist services.
