A Brand-New Logic Puzzle: FLIPS

FLIPS is a logic puzzle where you tap tiles in a number grid to switch their states and make the totals of every row and column match the target values.

The rules are simple. Tap a tile to switch the number between two states:

• Plus — adds the number to the total • Minus — subtracts the number from the total

Match every total to the target shown to the right of each row and below each column to clear the puzzle. Which numbers should you add, and which should you subtract? The key is figuring out whether to flip each limited panel to + or −.
