Marketplace Seller is the brand-side companion to your Odoo marketplace, by Pro Comrades. If you sell your brand's products through a marketplace running on Odoo, this app puts your products, sales, stock, payouts, KYC and disputes in your pocket — scoped strictly to your brand, with nothing from other sellers visible.

One brand, one phone, full visibility — every order from POS and the web storefront, every unit in stock, every payout, every open dispute, refreshed live from the marketplace's Odoo server.

KEY FEATURES

• Products Browse your brand's catalogue with photos, prices, variants, and the marketplace categories you're listed under. Tap a product to see its full description, attributes, and per-warehouse availability.

• Sales (POS + E-commerce) See every order that included one of your products, whether it was rung up at a marketplace point-of-sale till or placed on the marketplace's website. Filter by date, channel, status, or product. Drill into an order line to see quantity, unit price, taxes and the customer-facing reference.

• Stock-on-Hand Real-time inventory per warehouse and per variant. Spot what's running low at a glance and plan replenishment with the marketplace operator. No more guessing whether your bestseller is in stock at the flagship store.

• Payouts Track what the marketplace owes you, what has been settled, and the statement behind each payout — commissions, fees, refunds, and net amount, all itemised against the underlying orders.

• KYC Document Vault Your trade licence, brand authorisation letter, bank IBAN certificate and any other onboarding documents live on your seller record. Marketplace Seller shows you what's on file, flags expiring documents, and lets you upload renewals directly from your phone.

• Disputes Raise a dispute on a payout line or an order, attach a note and a photo, and track the marketplace operator's response. Closed disputes stay in your history with the resolution and any adjustment posted.

• Push Notifications (opt-in) Get notified when a new order lands, a payout is released, a KYC document is about to expire, or the marketplace replies to a dispute. Delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging — you can turn them off any time from the OS settings.

• Multi-Language English and Arabic, with full RTL support. The app follows your Odoo user language preference automatically.

• Single Sign-In, Brand-Scoped Sign in with the username and password the marketplace operator issued for your seller account. The app only ever shows data that belongs to your brand — enforced server-side by the marketplace's Odoo instance.

PRIVACY

Marketplace Seller only talks to the marketplace's own Odoo server that you sign into. Pro Comrades does not collect, store, or sell your data. The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging strictly to deliver push notifications you opt in to; no analytics or advertising SDKs are bundled. The app does not track your location, runs no background services, and ships no home-screen widgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• The marketplace you sell through must be running Odoo 19 or newer with the Pro Comrades pc_product_seller module installed. • The marketplace operator will provide you with the server URL and seller login credentials.
