Each day begins with a symbol. Draw a card. Notice what it stirs. Write what feels true. Then sit quietly with what you’ve discovered.

Choose from three symbolic systems:

• Beacon — Human energies you may recognize in your experience. • Facet — Human qualities you can cultivate, strengthen, or examine. • Midnight Line — Archetypal images drawn from the larger narrative of human experience.

The symbol doesn’t tell you what to think. It gives your attention somewhere to begin.

Draw. Reflect. Deepen. Sit.
