Affirmism's 24 tracks blend binaural beats - a slightly different tone in each ear (stereo headphones needed) - and isochronic tones - a single gently pulsing tone that sounds beautiful on headphones or a speaker.

Many tracks are built on the Solfeggio scale, rooted in ancient sound-healing tradition - nine frequencies from 174 Hz (grounding) to 963 Hz (awakening). Plus three pure beats - alpha, theta, and delta - for focus, meditation, and deep rest.
