HOW IT WORKS

Volo reads your Cardio Fitness (VO₂ Max) data from Apple Health. This data is generated automatically by Apple Watch during outdoor Walking, Running, and Hiking workouts. Volo never asks you to log anything by hand — it simply reflects what your Watch already measures.

Your health data stays on your device. Volo does not require an account and does not collect or share your data.

Volo Premium unlocks the Levels, Trends, and Profile screens with a subscription. The Home screen is always free.
