Signature Academy

Signature Academy is the training app for fundraisers who talk to people on the street and at the door.

Instead of long training videos, you practice the thing that actually decides a conversation: your own words. A few minutes a day, step by step through the conversation, spoken out loud rather than read in silence.

How it works

• Your conversation is split into short steps, from the opening line to the close. • You say your lines out loud. The app listens and shows you straight away what landed and what is still missing. • First with the text in front of you, then with gaps, finally free. Each step unlocks the next. • Anything you have already learned comes back for review later, so it still holds two weeks from now. • Your progress is visible per step and per week, for you and for your coach.

Who it is for

Academy is part of Signature, the platform for face-to-face fundraising. The app is for people working at the organizations and agencies that use Signature. Your login comes from your team, there is no sign-up inside the app.

Recordings and privacy

Recordings are used only to score your practice. What is stored, and for how long, is set out in our privacy policy.
