WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan and upload — Capture a contract, addendum, or disclosure with your camera. Pages become a clean multi-page PDF and upload straight to the deal, where they're read and organized automatically.

• Stay ahead of deadlines — A Today view surfaces what's due next across your transactions, overdue first, and reminders are built to catch dates before they slip.

• Look up disclosure requirements — Type an address to see the point-of-sale (POS) disclosure requirements that may apply, drawn from statewide California parcel data. Coverage and local detail vary by jurisdiction.

• Ask about a deal — Chat with an assistant that answers from the documents in a transaction and cites the page it drew each answer from.

• Glance at everything — Deal overview, document checklist, timeline, and the people on each transaction — tap to call or email.

• Get notified — Deadline reminders, "documents processed," and new deal-email alerts arrive as push notifications, so the app tells you when something needs you.

HOW IT WORKS

Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email. Your first transaction is on us, no card required. An account is required for most features; the address disclosure lookup works without signing in.

COVERAGE

Address and parcel data spans all 58 California counties (about 12.3 million parcels). Disclosure requirements are informational only — not legal advice. Rules change and the list may be incomplete; confirm each requirement with the city or county before close.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and an optional Face ID app lock keeps the app private on your device. You can delete your account and its data anytime from Account → Delete account.
