Top Shipping is the official mobile app for Top Shipping customers in Jamaica. Sign in with your account—or register in the app—and manage international packages from your phone with the same data as the web customer portal. The Packages screen shows active shipments, items in transit, and packages ready for pickup, with search by tracking number or description. Open any package for step-by-step tracking from pre-alert through warehouse, customs, invoicing, and pickup. Create and manage pre-alerts, view invoices, pay online (including multiple invoices at once), and estimate costs with the shipping calculator. When collecting at a branch, use Check-In to notify the store, select packages, choose pay-at-counter or online, and get an arrival alert when you reach the location. Update your profile, shipping addresses, authorized pickup persons, and secondary email, and receive notifications for important shipment updates.
