AllSleep brings sleep sounds, ambient music, guided meditation, sleep tracking, and alarms together in one privacy-minded bedtime app.

Settle in with rain, pink noise, ambient sleep music, fire sounds, and everyday soundscapes. Use a sleep timer or layer sounds in the mixer, follow guided 4-7-8 breathing and a body scan, review a sleep diary and score, and set morning alarms.

• The sleep score is a reference estimate based on a bedtime session you start and stop manually. Without HealthKit sleep data, it uses the time from bedtime to wake-up and the number of microphone-detected sound events as rough indicators. AllSleep does not measure sleep stages

ALARMS & APPLE WATCH SMART WAKE

• On Apple Watch, Smart Wake evaluates wrist movement and available heart-rate data on device for up to 30 minutes before the set time. If its signal conditions are met, the Watch starts repeating notification haptics
• Prepare the alarm in the Watch app within 36 hours of its set time. The iPhone alarm remains the fallback at the set time
• Without Apple Watch, a microphone-detected sound event during a manually started sleep session can trigger the iPhone alarm to fade in within the wake window
• Neither method identifies sleep stages in real time

START FREE, UPGRADE ONCE Night Ambient, Pink Noise, Rain, and 4-7-8 Breathing are free to use. Extra sounds, Body Scan, sleep tracking, the mixer, smart alarm, and snooze can be unlocked together or individually with one-time purchases. Apple Watch Smart Wake requires the Smart Alarm unlock. Using iPhone sound cues also requires Sleep Tracking; Premium includes both. No subscription.

PRIVACY No account is required, and there are no in-app ads or ad tracking. Microphone audio is processed on device in real time and is never saved or uploaded. Sleep records and HealthKit data are not sent to the developer’s servers. CSV data leaves the app only when you choose to share it.
