A ROUTINE BUILT AROUND YOUR GOAL Tell Smyle what you're working toward, whether that's a whiter smile, healthier gums or fresher breath, and it builds a daily routine of brushing, flossing, whitening, and dentist visits around it. Guided brushing walks you through each zone with a timer; every completed day extends your streak.

PROGRESS YOU CAN TRUST Charts show how each metric moves scan over scan, against your baseline. Your goal projection is a simple pace extrapolation and is always labeled as an estimate, because a real number you can act on beats a flattering one you can't.
