They log sales on their phone — several products in one sale, each from the batch they are holding — and you approve the order as one. Inventory and balances update on both sides. Their own selling price stays on the sale afterwards, so they can resend a receipt weeks later; you still only collect your rate.

They can request stock across many compounds in one go, ask you to order something you don't carry, send stock back, and put money down. Nothing counts until you confirm it — deposits and sales are settled by you, not claimed by them.
