The simulation tracks seven conditions within the Contribution System: Clarity, Responsibility, Authority, Flow, Trust, Capability and Follow-through. Strong leadership requires balance across the system, not just one high score.

Each round brings new work, decisions, consequences and opportunities. People remember how you lead. Commitments return. Pressure builds. Trust can strengthen or weaken. Capability can grow, stagnate or leave.

Your Leadership CV records your progression, responsibilities, achievements and leadership patterns across the simulation. The Mentor helps you reflect on what you handled well, what you may have missed and where to focus next.
