The temperature map is drawn from NOAA's 3 km high-resolution model across the entire United States, with a worldwide layer everywhere else — so it works the same for Miami, Denver, or Paris.

REAL-TIME PRECIPITATION RADAR A live rain and snow layer rendered straight from NOAA's national radar mosaic, updated every couple of minutes, with motion arrows that show where storms are actually heading. Areas without radar coverage are clearly marked — so an empty map means no rain, not missing data.
