NO LIST, ON PURPOSE There is no list anywhere in the app. Lists are what got you stuck in the first place. You only ever see the step in front of you, and behind it, the steps you've already finished. By evening, that little trail is real proof of a real day.

YOU NEVER HAVE TO CHOOSE The app picks what you work on. If it offers something you can't face right now, decline it and it offers something else. It won't ask why.
