RECORD ROUTES One tap to start, pause whenever you need to, hold to stop. Every GPS point is saved instantly to your device while recording - your track is safe even if the app is closed during a session. An undo option gives you time to reconsider, or tap Continue to keep recording right away.

TRACK DETAILS & SELECTION Open any saved track to see the full route on the map. Use the range slider to select any segment - statistics, elevation and speed charts, and the map all update instantly. Export or trim to the selected portion.

PHOTO GEOTAGGING (Pro) Automatically add GPS coordinates to your photos - based on the EXIF timestamp and your recorded route. Coordinates are written directly into each photo's metadata, compatible with Lightroom, Apple Photos, and any EXIF-aware app. Includes automatic timezone detection and manual offset adjustment for cameras without GPS.

MEMOIR (Pro) Turn your journey into a visual story. Place photos along your recorded route on the map - move them individually or import them directly from a Geotagging session. Pathkeep saves your arrangement and reopens it any time.

ELEVATION & SPEED CHARTS Interactive charts in every track detail view. Drag to read elevation or speed at any point. Total ascent, descent, min/max elevation, and average and top speed at a glance. Switch the x-axis between distance and time, choose between metric and imperial units.

NOTES Add free-text notes to any saved track. Notes are synced alongside your data via iCloud.

LIVE STATS & LIVE ACTIVITY A floating panel shows elapsed time, distance, and point count on the map while recording. The Live Activity shows the same stats on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET A small or medium widget shows your most recent track - name, distance, duration, and a map preview.

EXPORT FORMATS Share as GPX or KML - compatible with Google Maps, Komoot, Garmin, and most navigation apps. Share a map image of your recorded route directly.

ICLOUD SYNC Tracks are automatically synced via iCloud Drive across all your Apple devices.

DATA SAFETY Every GPS point is saved to your device in real time - recordings are automatically restored on next launch. With Always location permission, Restart Protection can be enabled: Pathkeep automatically resumes recording even after an iPhone restart.

RECENTLY DELETED Deleted tracks are moved to the Recently Deleted folder and can be restored within 30 days.
