Pair once with a code from your practice, choose which health readings to share — steps, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, and more — and your care team can follow your recovery between visits. Your data is read-only, shared only with your care team, never used for advertising, and never sold. PatientTrac Mobile is for patients of practices on the PatientTrac network and requires a pairing code from your provider. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult your healthcare professional for medical advice.
