Trail IQ learns the outdoor routes you repeat and turns your own history into practical guidance before, during and after each workout.

Record a walk, run or ride, or bring in past workouts from GPX, TCX, FIT and supported Adidas Running exports. Route Memory groups matching efforts of the same activity type, then learns your best, latest and typical times, where you often slow down and where you tend to finish strongly.

BEFORE YOU START See what is coming and what your own history suggests. Trail IQ can highlight a climb, a section where you often slow down, or a part of the route you usually handle well.

DURING THE WORKOUT Follow route progress, remaining distance, pace or speed, elevation and heart rate. Optional tones and spoken cues provide timely route, segment and effort guidance while your phone is locked, without requiring you to keep checking the screen. Add a Ghost marker when you want to see how today compares with an earlier effort.

AFTER YOU FINISH See the answer first, then open focused reports for pace or speed and splits, effort and heart rate, terrain and conditions. On repeated routes, Trail IQ shows where time changed and whether you handled a familiar weak or strong section differently this time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Trail IQ is local-first. Your workout, route and heart-rate data is processed on your device. No Trail IQ account is required, and the app does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Five completed workouts are included. Full Access is a one-time in-app purchase for unlimited workout recording. It is not a subscription.
