On-point Exercise Plan Your personalized workout guide can be viewed on a kiosk or smartphone, and you can exercise while checking detailed guides for each piece of equipment.

Smart Screens & Results To make working out fun, your speed and movements are displayed on screen, and after each workout, you'll see your goals and results along with guidance for your next exercise. In addition, your heart rate measured via Apple Watch (HealthKit) is displayed on both the app and the exercise equipment, so you can monitor your current condition in real time while working out.

Innovative Review System After finishing your workout, logging in will show your 30-day workout plan and results; selecting a date displays that day's equipment-specific guides and results.
