DrillMetrix for iOS is a companion application for authorized personnel of drilling companies and quarry operations that already use the DrillMetrix business platform.

An existing organization-issued DrillMetrix account is required. Account registration, company creation, subscriptions, pricing, and purchases are not available in the iOS app.

DrillMetrix gives drilling contractors and quarry operators real-time visibility into their rigs, shifts, drillers, and job sites without paper plods, delayed data entry, or guesswork.

Developed with firsthand experience from a blast hole driller, DrillMetrix tracks the information that matters in the field and turns it into useful operational data.

DAILY SHIFT REPORTS

Authorized drillers can record production, working hours, delays, and shift details directly from the field. Information is available to their company before the next shift begins.

DELAY ANALYSIS

Company administrators can identify where operational time is being lost, including mechanical downtime, blast delays, rig moves, weather, and other delay categories. Results can be reviewed by rig, site, driller, and date.

PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE

Review footage, penetration rates, rig utilization, and driller performance. Compare existing rigs, crews, sites, and reporting periods to identify operational problems.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS

Administrators can access company dashboards, reports, time-card approvals, equipment information, fleet information, consumables, and administrative tools.

Drillers receive a simplified interface for submitting shift reports and time cards for their existing organization.
