River Experience

A simple, private way to keep a personal map of the people you care about. Instead of trying to remember which city your college roommate moved to, or where your cousin is studying abroad this semester, you save it once on a clean, friendly map and look it up whenever you like.

This is not a live tracking app. The app never accesses your device's GPS, never shares your location with anyone, and never tracks anyone in real time. You add a friend, choose a photo for them, and manually tap a spot on the map to mark where they are. That's it. Every location comes from you, updated only when you decide to update it.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Add friends with a name, a relationship label such as family, best friend, colleague, classmate, or travel buddy, and an optional photo from your camera or photo library.

Tap anywhere on the world map to manually place a friend's location, with an optional note like "visiting for the holidays" or "just moved here."

Browse a clean world map with custom photo pins for every friend you've placed.

Keep a full location history for each friend, shown as a simple timeline of places and dates you entered yourself.

Search and filter your friend list by name or relationship type, and star your closest friends as favorites.

Explore a Dashboard with friendly statistics: how many friends you've placed, your most active "explorer," a weekly activity chart, and continents covered, all calculated from the locations you entered.

Compare two friends side by side to see the distance between the spots you placed for them and a few lighthearted shared stats.

Enjoy a Discover tab with a journey timeline, fun world insights, and a daily spotlight that highlights a random friend from your list.
