Choose the apps you want to block, set your own rules, and turn distracting impulses into short vocabulary practice.

Focus Lock is optional. You can use VocabUnlock as a regular vocabulary trainer, or combine it with app blocking when you want extra structure.

On iPhone, Focus Lock uses Apple Screen Time permissions. Your blocked app choices stay private on your device.
