Senior Companion makes daily check-ins simple for older adults, people living alone, and the family members who support them. Open the app, tap the large "I'm OK" button, and see whether your check-in has been confirmed online.

Daily Check-In and caregiver services require a Family Monitoring subscription. Essential calling and everyday assistance tools are free.

DAILY CHECK-INS, FRONT AND CENTER • A clear home screen with a large check-in button and your next deadline. • Set up to three daily check-in times, with local reminders. • See the difference between a check-in saved on your phone and one confirmed online. • If a check-in is saved offline, it still needs to sync before family can see it.

KEEP FAMILY IN THE LOOP With Family Monitoring and permission-based pairing, a chosen family member or caregiver can use their own phone to: • View received check-ins and check-in history. • See the phone's most recently reported battery level and when it was updated. • Help manage shared contacts, notes and schedules. • Share family messages, photos and care tasks.

When automatic alerts are enabled and the recipient's email is verified, a missed check-in can trigger an email to the designated caregiver. Family Monitoring includes up to 200 automatic alert emails per month. A check-in records an action; it does not confirm someone's health or safety.

LARGE BUTTONS FOR EVERYDAY TASKS • Call a trusted person without searching through small menus. • Prepare a help text, with location when available and permitted. • Use the camera magnifier and flashlight. • Keep important dates and notes close at hand. • Check the weather and share your location when you choose.

SHARING IS YOUR CHOICE Choosing someone from Contacts does not give them access to your check-ins. Family sharing requires separate setup and consent. Your full address book is never uploaded. When you enable cloud sharing, selected contact details and other shared information are uploaded for your paired caregiver. You can disable cloud monitoring and request deletion of its data from the app.

Senior Companion Plus: an optional one-time purchase for additional family contacts, contact photos and custom Quick Texts. Plus does not include Daily Check-In or automatic caregiver emails.

Family Monitoring: an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription for daily check-ins, caregiver services, cloud syncing, battery reports, family updates and automatic missed-check-in emails. Includes Plus features while active. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

IMPORTANT Senior Companion is a family-support and convenience app, not a medical device, emergency-response service or continuously watched monitoring service. Check-ins, syncing and alerts depend on device settings, connectivity and service availability. Messages and alerts may be delayed or fail. The app does not automatically call emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly.
