AnlytHoice is designed for honey production and quality control, linking "batch—heating—quality inspection—archiving" into a traceable ledger, rather than fragmented, haphazard notes. You can register nectar source and harvesting information on the device, record heating curves and on-site observations, and write refractive readings into structured QC data. The system will then merge heating and quality inspection timelines, display document completeness prompts, and generate trend and comparison views using local data. All records are saved in the local sandbox by default; exports such as CSV are actively shared by the user, and no cloud account system is built into the application. It also includes operation guides, training quizzes, and self-check checklists to help the team describe risks and sample retention using a unified language. Numerical values ​​and exports are only for on-site management assistance and cannot replace regulatory requirements or conclusions from qualified laboratories. It is suitable for small and medium-sized bee farms and packaging line teams that want to keep the chain of evidence in their own hands.
