Pin·Reminder

Drop a pin on the map and set the exact spot your reminder is anchored to. The store entrance. The right building. The back gate of the park. All the places an address search never quite finds.

Pin Reminder does one thing: location reminders. Whatever you make here goes straight into the built-in Reminders app, and iOS sends the alert. So there's no new to-do app to learn.

• The pin sits in the center

Just move the map until the center pin lands where you want it. Search to get close, then nudge the last few meters by hand.

• Watch the radius as a circle

Slide anywhere from 100 m to 1 km and you'll see it drawn on the map as a circle. Presets for 100 m, 500 m, and 1 km are right there, along with the radius you used last.

• When you get there, or when you leave

Pick one — arriving or leaving. Once it's saved, one button adds the other direction too, so a single place can cover the way in and the way home.

• Five favorites, one tap each

Keep the places you go all the time. Save a radius, a trigger, and a title with a favorite, and after that one tap is all it takes.

• Everything Reminders gives you

Add a title and notes, pick the list it goes into, set a priority, add a time alert, repeat it daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Once it's saved, open it in Reminders right away.

• Easy on your battery

iOS handles the location trigger itself. Pin Reminder never follows your location in the background — it only checks where you are while you're using the app.

Pin Reminder needs access to your reminders. Location access is up to you — skip it and you can still drop a pin by searching or moving the map.
