When roasting and you make any changes from the default settings it does save them but when you re roast a batch it will start out at your previous settings but will go back to its defaults once the roast moves from the drying phase to the next phase. It does signal the change but only shows the defaults so unless you remembered the previous roast settings you will not be following them.
