Book Home Massage is a booking platform for professional in-home massage services. Customers browse independent therapists working in their city, review each therapist's profile and service list, and schedule an appointment at the address and time of their choosing. The therapist travels to the customer; no salon visit is required.

SERVICES The platform lists the treatments each therapist is qualified to provide, including traditional Thai massage, oil and aroma massage, deep tissue and sports recovery. Duration and price are stated on every service before an appointment is confirmed.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

1. Select a therapist and review the profile, service list and customer ratings.
2. Choose a service, a date and a time from the therapist's available hours.
3. Enter the service address and contact details.
4. Review the order summary, confirm the appointment and complete payment.
5. Track the order status until the service is completed.

PAYMENT Payment is made either online through a secure checkout page or in cash to the therapist on arrival, according to the options available in each city. The full amount payable is displayed before an appointment is confirmed.

COMMUNICATION Customers can message their assigned therapist and the support team from within the order. Messages can be translated in the app, so customers and therapists who do not share a language can still communicate clearly.

ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY An account is required to place an order. Location access is optional and is used to show therapists nearby and to estimate distance; an address can also be entered manually.
