Through the day Drift nudges you every 15 or 30 minutes, your choice. One question: what did you actually just do? You type one honest line and get back to work. It takes a few seconds.

At the end of the day you open the Mirror. Your plan and your real day sit side by side. You get a focus score, the blocks you stayed on, the ones that drifted, and the time you never tracked. No guilt. No lecture. Just a clear picture of where your time really went.

Over time the History tab shows your patterns. Streaks, average focus, your on plan rate, your best days. The stuff you can only see once you have a few days behind you.
