CHOOSE YOUR BUDDY Pick from three starter companions — the nature-loving Sprout, the fiery Ember, or the whimsical Bubble. Name them, walk with them, and watch them evolve through five stages as you hit your goals.

WALK TO GROW Pathlings connects to Apple Health to count your real steps. Every day you walk, your buddy earns XP. Hit milestones along today's adventure path, complete quests, and unlock snacks and toys to keep your buddy happy.

BUILD YOUR STREAK Stay consistent and your streak compounds — each day of a streak earns streak × 5 bonus XP on top of your quest rewards. Miss a day? Streak Shields protect your progress so one bad day doesn't reset everything.
