Rehab Rounds keeps you on track with the exercises you've been given - so you actually do them, on time, every time. It reminds you to do the exercises that you have been prescribed by your doctor or physio.

Recovering from an injury or surgery usually means a set of exercises you have to repeat several times a day, in a specific order. It's easy to forget one, lose track of the order, or miss a time slot when life gets busy. Rehab Rounds fixes that.

HOW IT WORKS

• Add your exercises: a name, a photo, and how many reps.
• Set the times of day you need to do them - as many as you like.
• Get reminded at each time, and Rehab Rounds keeps nudging every 15 minutes until you've actually done the session.
• Tap the reminder to start a guided session: one exercise at a time, with its photo and rep count. Tap Done to move to the next.
• Finish the session and the reminders stop until next time.
