Yonder: Long Range

Yonder is a long-range shooting trainer built around a validated ballistics engine. Range a target through a precision reticle, build the firing solution, dial your elevation or hold it, read the wind, and call your shot — then watch the trace and see exactly where the round went.

It's the cold-bore first-round-hit problem, on repeat, anywhere. No range fees, no daylight, no wind you didn't choose. Just reps.

THE ENGINE IS THE POINT Yonder runs a Modified Point-Mass solver — G7 drag, real atmosphere, spin drift, Coriolis, aerodynamic jump, the works. It's validated against Hornady's 4DOF Doppler model to within 0.02 mil on multiple match loads out to 1,100 yards — under three-quarters of an inch at 1,000. The numbers you train against are honest.

PLAY THE WHOLE PROBLEM • Range an unknown-distance target off the reticle, then dial or hold the come-up. • Read a crosswind and hold or dial windage. • Account for cant with the on-screen bubble level (it reads your device's tilt). • Turn skills on and off one at a time — wind, cant, advanced drift — so you can isolate and drill the exact thing you're weak on.

GEAR THAT BEHAVES LIKE GEAR • Nine first-focal-plane scopes, from a 1–10× LPVO to a 5–40× — glass that zooms like the real thing. • A reticle library built from published subtensions: mil-dot, Christmas-tree grids, fine-mil rulers, a chevron BDC, and a clean hunting duplex. • A full cartridge and load library with DOPE cards, plus in-app BC truing for your exact load.
