Create a topic in the app and get alerted the moment a message is published to it - from your servers, scripts, CI, cron jobs, or a one-line curl. Priority 5 alerts are Time-Sensitive: they break through Focus and Do Not Disturb, so the one that matters always reaches you.

Blipr is a client for an ntfy-style notify service. Creating a topic takes a free account; publishing to one and subscribing to it do not. Topics are public by name - use a long, unguessable name for anything sensitive.
